Camelot Home Inspection Services of Avila Beach specializes in the pre-purchase and pre-sale evaluation of single and multi-family residential properties on the CA Central Coast. We inspect single family homes, condominiums, townhomes, duplexes, triplexes, four-plexes, manufactured homes, modular homes, and small commercial properties.
Established in 1994, Camelot Home Inspection Services is owned and operated by Martin Hewitt, a Master CREIA (California Real Estate Inspection Assn.) inspector and Certified ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) Inspector with over 27 years of home inspection experience. In California, where there is no licensing of home inspectors, dual certification with ASHI and CREIA demonstrates a dedication to ethics, education and service above and beyond the norm.
At Camelot, we strive to provide every home buyer with a level of service that matches the significance of the purchase they are about to make. After all, it could very well be the most important investment of their life, be it a manufactured home or a mega-mansion. With every home inspection comes years of education, training and professional experience. Martin Hewitt, your home inspector, will share this knowledge with you to help ensure that your investment decision is an informed one.
To avoid any perceived conflict of interest, Camelot cannot and will not perform any corrective or repair work on homes that we inspect, nor do we refer any repair work. Camelot Home Inspection Services is not aligned or affiliated with any real estate companies or brokerage firms. When you hire us, we go to work for you and with only your best interests in mind.
However, we can certainly appreciate a home buyer's hesitancy in hiring an inexperienced and unqualified home inspector referred to them by an unfamiliar real estate agent. For this reason, and as our schedule permits, we are open to traveling outside of our 'normal' service area, thus guaranteeing you an impartial and unbiased home inspection. These areas include the Central Coast communities in and around Santa Barbara, including
